01 ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION

How do I place a custom order?

Simply choose your product, add your design or upload your photo/artwork, and add it to your cart. Fill in your details and place your order — from design to delivery, we handle the rest. You can also reach us directly through the website or Whats App.

Can I preview my design before it goes to print?

Yes. We share your design on Whats App as a digital proof for approval before we begin production. No order goes to print without your confirmation.

What file formats do you accept for images or artwork?

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI files. For the best print quality, high-resolution images (300 DPI or above) are recommended. If you’re unsure about your file quality, send it to us and we’ll advise you.

I don't have a design. Can you create one for me?

Absolutely. Share your idea, reference images, or even a rough description — our in-house design team will bring it to life. Design assistance is available for all product categories.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most of our products are available for single-piece orders — perfect for personal gifts. For bulk business orders (promotional products, apparel, standees), minimum quantities may vary by product. Contact us for a custom quote.

What products does Printodelivery offer?

We offer 80+ custom products across four categories: Personalized Gifts & Home Décor (acrylic frames, canvas prints, LED lamps, keychains), Lifestyle Products (T-shirts, mugs, tumblers), Promotional & Branding Solutions (canopies, standees, banners, umbrellas), and Signage & Display (acrylic signs, name plates, office branding).

What printing methods do you use?

We use UV printing, sublimation printing, vinyl application, and laser engraving depending on the product and material. Each method is selected to ensure the best quality finish for that specific product.

How durable are the prints? Will the colors fade?

Our prints are designed for long-lasting vibrancy. We use premium inks and materials chosen for durability. Indoor products like acrylic frames and canvas prints maintain color quality for years. Outdoor promotional products are made with weather-resistant materials.

Do you offer bulk or business orders?

Yes. We cater to businesses of all sizes — from startups needing a branded canopy to corporates ordering large-scale office signage. Bulk pricing is available. Reach out to us with your requirements, and we’ll put together a custom proposal.

03 DELIVERY & TURNAROUND

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard production takes 5–7 working days depending on the product. Delivery time varies by location. For urgent orders, express production slots are available — contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we deliver pan-India. Products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Can I order something for a specific occasion or deadline?

Yes — mention your required date when placing your order. We’ll confirm if it’s achievable and do our best to meet your deadline. For gifting occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, we recommend ordering at least 10–13 days in advance.

04 PAYMENTS & SUPPORT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and major online payment options. For bulk business orders, custom payment terms can be arranged. Full payment or advance is required before production begins.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Your satisfaction matters. If the product has a quality defect or was printed incorrectly due to our error, we’ll reprint or resolve it at no extra cost. Since all products are custom-made, we encourage reviewing your design proof carefully before approval.
